The registration fee covers the costs for the conference materials, coffee/tea breaks, Welcome Reception (Friday evening), two lunches and the Farewell Dinner (Sunday evening). |

Individual Booking of Accommodations
• There are various accommodation options, including business hotels, co-op residence, and other reasonable options.
• For detailed information on adjacent accommodations, please contact the conference organizer.
Cancellation Policy
• If registration cancellation notice is received on or before August 31, 2023, a refund of fees paid less a cancellation charge of 50 USD (60,000 KRW) will be paid. No refunds are available for cancellation notified after August 31, 2023.
